Surrey Bathroom Studio – The absolute best in bathroom design, supply and installation

The Bathing Machine are outstanding! From first discussions with Sam, when we knew more or less what we didn't want but not really what we actually wanted, and arrived at a design. Then John and his team, onsite exactly when they said they'd be and worked like absolute trojans. We were consistently under-promised and over-delivered, with the project expected to take up to four weeks, delivered in three. This was a full strip out and rebuild, including moving a non-structural wall, so we didn't know what might additionally need fixing following prior leaks. The fitting team were in constant communication, to ensure that the finer details were met, like colour of tile trim and position of furniture. Yes, you can definitely get cheaper bathrooms elsewhere but, if you want to just entrust the whole job to an experienced, knowledgeable and hardworking team who'll deliver a quality end result with complete satisfaction, then I can't recommend The Bathing Machine highly enough.

We needed a new ensuite & to upgrade our main bathroom & wanted to use a local company in Caterham. Sam assisted with the design & choice of products - Sam was professional, friendly & very helpful. The installation which took 2 weeks was co-ordinated by Luke. Luke & his team who included Ben, Luke (the tiler), Jack (x2) & Alex, were punctual, hard working, tidy & friendly. We are very happy with the quality of the products and the professionalism of the installations.

When I started thinking about a new updated bathroom it was with some anxious thoughts but, no problems with The Bathing Machine! It was managed throughout with such care and professionalism; starting with Jack who set up the new design and even though kept changing my mind he was brilliant. The two fitters Nick and Harry were amazing; the work they carried out was truly outstanding!! They put all old bathroom rubbish into my garage and once new bathroom was complete it was picked up and taken away. I absolutely love my new bathroom. This is a company that excels in customer service and the people that work there should be very proud
