We are thrilled with our new family bathroom, en-suite shower room and WC. We worked with Sam at The Bathing Machine on all of these projects and, having never undertaken anything like this before, we were very reliant on Sam for help with the design and choice of fittings. We found Sam and his colleagues to be incredibly knowledgeable and he came up with some great ideas for us that we would never have thought of. We liked the fact that he understood what we were aiming for but wasn’t at all pushy and far from being an overwhelming process it was very straightforward and carefully and professionally managed from start to finish. We are delighted with the results and wouldn’t change anything we’ve done.

The Bathing Machine provide a totally professional, competent and comprehensive service from start to finish. We had dealings primarily with Sam, but at other times for various reasons, with the other members of the team and all of them were helpful, polite and friendly. It made a huge difference to the planning process to see 3D images of the bathroom layout and it is a step that reduces considerably the risk of bad choices. The installation was started on time and done with the minimum of disruption to us. Scott was the the plumber allocated and he was brilliant. Always on time, cleared away his tools and hoovered at the end of the day, every day, and installed a beautiful bathroom and toilet.

We originally looked at Porcelanosa in Croydon. Who gave terrible customer service. We then went into the Bathing Machine who were absolutely fantastic. We found the team especially Jack to be very knowledgable and helpful. We ordered the same Porcelanosa tiles as well a Bathroom suite , an en- suite and now are very happy customers. Would recommend them . A fantastic local family run business with excellent customer service.
